About the WorkingIntentionally Logo

The WorkingIntentionally logo came about in early 2003 when we found a convergence between the work we were doing with conversation circles, thinking together, and the Intentionally Models* (Living, Working, Leading, Coaching). This is a model and visual representationship of relationship. It is through relationship that we grow and enjoy life. Since Life is in relationship (one of our core values), WorkingIntentionally is about working in a way that is aligned with / in relationship with your soul. To live intentionally™ be in relationship with others on a soulful basis.

As Conversation Circle

The Logo is representative of a conversation circle with five people gathering together in a circle to rediscover how to think together. Another model of life being in relationship. The swirl in the center is representative of thinking together. Each person shares thoughts with the group. The group holds those thoughts as precious. The thoughts mingle and merge. The ideas expand and grow upon the experience each other. Collectively the group expands awareness and knowledge grows simultaneously through thinking together.

As Intentionally* Models

This thinking together at a deep level is also at the base of the CoachingIntentionallyModel*. Each of the five circles represent one the five elements of the model. We engage and connect with what is intimate in nature and ourselves with what is ultimate in the universe so that we can hear our lifeforce our soul, our spirit, the light-within, or god. From there we simplify the situation, tell the truth about what is really going on, and engage the conversation that matters, and BE present with the answer that comes from within. The swirl represents the interconnectedness of all five elements and the need for all to be present to grow and expand knowledge.

Just as it is representative of the five elements of the CoachingIntentionally Model*, those same five elements make up the LivingIntentionally™, Working Intentionally, and LeadingIntentionally Models* as well.
